Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Delhi : The name brings the complexities, the contradictions, the beauty and the dynamism of a city where the past co-exsist with the present. Many dynasties ruled here and have left behind a rich heritage of architectural value through their monuments. Drives cultural elements absorbed into the daily life of the city have enriched its characters. Exploring the city can be a fascinating and rewarding experience.

Afternoon proceed for sightseeing visiting - Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Ghandi, drive past Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, Jama Masjid, one of the longest mosque in India and Chandini Chowk, shopping center of Delhi. New Delhi visiting Qutaub Minar built by Qutub – ud –Din Aibek in 1199. India Gate (War Memorial Arch). Lakshminarayan Temple – a modern Hindu Temple and drive past President House, Parliament House, and Government Secretariat Buildings.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Shimla By Surface (343 Kms)
After break fast move to Shimla and check-in at the hotel.

Shimla : The capital of Himachal Pradesh and former summer capital of British India, Shimla is the state’s most important center. Bulging at its seams with unprecedented expansion, Shimla retains a colonial aura, with its grand old buildings, among them the stately Viceregal Lodge, ccherming iron lampposts and Anglo-Saxon names. The Mall, packed with shops and eateries, is the center of attraction, and Scandal Point, associated with the former Maharaja of the Patiala’s escapades, offers a view of distant snowclad peaks.

Day 03: Shimla
After breakfast proceed to visiting Tara Devi Temple offers panoramic views, Himachal State Museum has a rich display of the state’s cultural, artistic and archeaeological heritage.Institute of Advanced Study which is housed in the former Viceregal Lodge, it was built in 1888.

Afternoon visitng Jakhoo Hill (by foot), Shimla’s highest poient, other a panoramic view of the town, hills and mountain ranges with spectular views at sunrise and sunset.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Shimla - Manali By Surface (245 Kms)
After breakfast drive to Manali enroute visiting Kullu.

The most charming and beautiful Kullu valley spreads out its charm on either side of river Beas. The valley runs north to south of this river and is 80kms. long and about 2kms. at its broadest. Yet with awe inspiring glens and mossy meadows encircled by the rushing streams and meandering brooks, flung east & west, a fairly wide area is open to the tourists, the trekkers, the mountaineers, the artists and to anyone who wishes to escape the heat & dust of the plains to breathe the exhilarating air of the Himalaya and enjoy the spectacle of the variegated mountain scenery. The valley is also famous for its exquisitely woven colourful hand made shawls and kullu caps.

Manali according to the legend was born when the waters of the Great Deluge receded and the seventh Manu’s ark came to the rest on a hllside in this valley. As the earth dried up there came up a place of breathtaking beauty which was named after the great sags. Over the last decade Manali has grown form a back of the beyond Himachal town to a busy tourist destination. Surrounded by towering peaks at arms length, Mahali’s major asset is its proximity to the snowline, never more than a few hours drive from the town nestling at a comfortable 2,050 meters.

Day 05: Manali
After breakfast proceed for excursion to Rothang Pass (Till snow point).

Rothang Pass is the highest point, 4,112m, on the Manali-Keylong road, 51–Km Manali town. It provides a wide panoramic view of mountains rising far above clouds, which is a sight truly breath-taking. It offers only limited skiing opportunities, but trekking possibilities are immense. The pass is open from June to September although trekkers can cross the pass from May. Beyond Rothang Pass lies the remote and perhaps, the stark and haunting landscape of predominantly Buddhist areas. The comparative inaccessibility of the place has helped preserve the pristine culture of the people of the region.

Day 06: Chandigarh - Delhi By Surface (238 Kms)
After breakfast drive to the Delhi Airport to board flight for onward destination
